What a feat!
What a time to be alive!
What a leader!

Hon. Sir Tochukwu Okere, Member Representing Owerri Federal Constituency is the perfect mirror of people-centered leadership.

This is not a media chant. This is utterly conspicuous in his various infrastructural and human development projects scattered all over Owerri Federal Constituency...

Just in one year in office.

7 blocks of standard classrooms have been commissioned in one month, initiated and completed within two months, and in the first year of TOSKA in office.

The chain of commissioning ran as follows:
Community Secondary School, Amakohia-Ubi, then Irete Technical Secondary School, Comprehensive Secondary School, Agbala, Nekede Secondary School, Obibiezena Primary School,Community Central School, Egbu and community primary school Ihiagwa.

One could be tempted to ask; "Is Hon. Toska really a first termer?"

But it's rather a question of preparation and having a good heart for the people whom he represents, than being a first termer.

Hon. Toska has shown capacity and commitment to use the opportunity of his office for the general good of his people, and especially, to weave a better future of Owerri Federal Constituency through massive school infrastructural projects.

These 7 commissioned classroom projects will take the tally to a total of 10 classroom projects embarked on by Hon. Tochukwu Okere in just one year as a federal lawmaker.

It's worthy of note that the 7 classroom projects, and all others, are furnished with standard toilet-system and other necessary facilities for effective teaching and learning atmosphere.

Recall that Hon. Tochukwu Okere gave us his words in the late days of June; that he'll commission all the ongoing projects before his first anniversary, to free-up space for the new phase of projects in his stream and vision to set a new landmark of good governance in Owerri Federal Constituency.

At this juncture, dear reader, the partnership between Hon. Toska and Owerri Federal Constituency is palpable and inseperable, congruent with the truth and love found in the TOSKA brand.

But we the people must continue to pray for Hon. Toska, and of course, remain sensitive to any device of unreasonable men to thwart or obstinate the promising ferry manned by the Destiny Child of Owerri Federal Constituency, Hon. Sir Tochukwu Okere.
