Guys obudu looks fantastic, i'd love to go there with my kids, but surely people can give us concrete upto date info in terms of accomodation,
things to do and so on. I know some peeps have been but can you give more detailed info as in your day to day activities, moving around the resort etc. Cheers On a more serious note what is imoke doing about getting a proper airport for that area. That place can generate amazing income for the state in terms of local and foreign tourism, building of hotels/ casinos. Listen if is marketed professionally and followed through Obudu will be mentioned in the same breath as other top destinations, but alas we still think small.

Simply breathtaking and to think this is a State Government initiative.

Why are the pictures of Obudu Cattle Ranch always devoid of people, or is it just the pictures?

@Freecocoa, there is a thin line between "a joke" and reality. If this really smooth-talking guy came along and says he would take you there all-expenses paid, are you saying you wouldn't consider it? By the way, it is not proper for a Lady to crack such jokes. Leave all that talk about this place being a forum.

Perception matters a lot, never do anything that can tarnish your image because there are more than enough people who are willing to destroy it for you. The last thing you should be doing is help them with it!

One thread I see everyone from North, South, East or West speaking positively in one voice. We have not completely lost our sense of reasoning and our leaders are to be blamed for this division we have seen among us. If they are doing well, there will be less agitation. Donald Duke may not be completely corruption free but look at the legacy he left behind for his people; Obudu Cattle Ranch, Tinapa, Good road networks, clean city, he popularised the Calabar carnival etc. Nigeria needs youth and visionary leader like him.

with about 20k you can say up the ranch for a night, there are local pple on the ranch too. You can come down the plataueu for a cheap hotel, and so on depending on your purse
