Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design basic graphics and edit videos to support social media content.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
