It's a NON priority project! If Nigeria was swimming in resources, this is a good project to initiate and support.

That said, 15 trillion naira would be better spent on Agriculture, Security and upgrading the current highways to and fro ECONOMICALLY PRODUCTIVE CENTERS NOT UNPRODUCTIVE HINTERLANDS!

And to make matters even worse, the lack of transparency and clear conflict of interest of the company handling this project still stares us in the face.

When your house is burning is not the time to commence the building of an ultra massive fire station as a solution instead of the cheap 5 minute fix of the fire hydrant infront of your house!
