If really you dont have a dime and your story is true, mix up 1 tea spoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a 60cL or 50cL plastic bottle filled with water. Have her drink it and check for improvements while you make plans to gather the funds to take her to a hospital. If her problem is due to cholera, She'll need antibiotics medications in addition to ORT which your doctor should prescribe.

For now just have her stabilized with this home made ORT that I've suggested

Also buy a satcht of sugar, that Dangote satchel and I hope you have salt at home. Boil water and cool it. Measure it into pet bottles. To each bottle add 4 tablespoons of sugar and half tablespoon of salt and start giving that child immediately. Also buy something like ogi and milk and start giving the baby to eat to replace lost energy. Act fast. Its an emergency! Stooling and vomiting concurrently is a symptom of cholera. Its deadly in small children. Start praying for your child.
