Our client a major player in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for an experienced Tendering and Bidding Manager to join our team in an Oil and Gas services company based in Port Harcourt. The ideal candidate will oversee tender management, procurement, sales, and project management activities on a daily basis.

Key Requirements:
- Formulate and execute bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional bid teams to deliver high-quality bids and tenders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape bid strategies
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Manage bid budgets and resources effectively
- Proficiency in NIPEX, NCDMB, NUPRC, TAX Promax portals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of bid management, tendering, or business development experience
- Proven success in winning bids and tenders
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with bid management software and tools
