The ideal candidate will be adept at creating high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, and more. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives. ● Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns. ● Track campaign performance and analyze metrics to measure success. ● Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI. ● Use analytics tools to monitor social media performance and generate regular reports. ● Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights. ● Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies. ● Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing strategies. ● Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to align social media activities with overall company goals. Qualifications Proven 2 years plus of experience as a social media manager /content creator Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
