If not for corruption and the hope that federal might is available to win elections, APC wouldn't have been running in any election, the calamity of governance from the federal level is enough to make APC lose every election they participate in. Even the most difficult aspect in electricity production is transmission because many kilowatt generated are loss during transmission. You are daft as this man. So if the electricity company told him that to have a 24 hrs light what is needed is just transformer and electric pole he just accept it hook line and sinker.
