(2) The Political buccaneer cum scavenger said that the National Chairman of our great party Barr Julius Abure was lying as she never embezzled the funds of the party during the campaign for the 2023 election claiming that our party National Chairman was still living in the past where he thinks one can make such allegations without being fact-checked for its authenticity.

(3) Mrs Aisha Yesufu concluded the defense of her innocence like a patient suffering from Bipolar affliction where she said our party National Chairman Barr Julius Abure thinks we are still in 1980 where one can lie shamelessly without being fact checked.

(4) Ordinarily, the very silly rantings from this low-life grossly incompetent and daft Mrs Aisha Yesufu would have been ignored but for one reason, to expose the yawning emptiness in the cheap meal-ticket and ATM called Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi

(5) Aisha Yesufu's admittance as one of the Signatories involved in the criminal conspiracy over the disbursement of Labour party presidential fund, up loads of agents and payments of agents fees has further rendered her already torn banner of political relevance into tattered shreds with their very reckless clandestine spending under the instruction of that desperate political merchant who the mannerless Yesufu sees as her leader and political guide in their collective stupidity rushing head long into their joint political ruins with an ungrateful Sen Ireti Kingibe who was made a senator of the Federal Republic by Barr Julius Abure and Alh Farouk Umar Ibrahim with a paltry sum of N500,000 (Five hundred thousand naira only)

(6) The unintelligent Yesufu in her very desperate effort to be heard, claimed she never embezzled the party campaign fund but failed to explain why Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi opted for her and her accomplice Pastor Ituah Ighodalo who together mismanaged, diverted and failed to account or provide Audited account for over 12 billion Naira and $15 million in donations to Labour party

(7) The trio of Pa Ayo Adebanjo, Akin Osuntokun and Sola Ebiseni faction of Afenifere were also culpable as they committed financial infractions of over 600m Naira which they retain in their privates account and that of Afenifere Accounts in General

( Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi clandestinely hired Aisha Yesufu, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo and this faction of Afenifere to commit looting, criminal conspiracy, diversions and obtaining money under false pretext from the Labour party presidential campaign fund and yet these are individuals parading themselves as elder statesmen

(9) For this Yesufu, a great shame to womanhood, it would have been wiser for her to try to begin to re-arrange her hitherto wasted life in which she has always been standing as a "political burnt offering" for the dull and dumb political trader Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi's dead presidential ambition


(10) Aisha Yesufu would be still be wiser to check her puppet naked dance in the public simply and ignorantly hoping to appear politically correct in the eyes of the equally very corrupt and daft political bystander that even the political dwarf Kenneth Okwonkwo has advised to step down from the 2027 Presidential Race

(11) However, our party choose to freely advise her to find time to lie down in the anatomical position and do a serious thinking about her enslaved life which has kept exposing her to a stupid acquisition of Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi hate of another person to aggressively transfer to those who she herself has no issues with, all for the reason of "wetin I go chop". Mrs Aisha Yesufu is a product of enslaving stomach - infrastructure poison.

Meanwhile, since this is your portion in life as determined by indolence, all we can say is that you are welcome to the life you have willingly chosen.

(13) Further more, considering the level of the ordinariness pervading the totality of your political life on every scale and in every measure, is enough check in a normal human being who has not been relieved of the burden of conscience, decency and social etiquette to stay loudly reserved and withdrawn from an attempt at insulting our party National Chairman who is by a large immeasurable distance superior, much more visible and respectable than yours.

(14) Your actions and conducts show you as an Epitome of manifest corruption guided by Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi your political leader who is very ordinary, cheap and simple for you to befittingly end up as a service and an errand woman to a man who is pretending to have a life on the license of a seeming honest and successful political figure

(15) A political figure that events are beginning to put up in the image of a secessionist, democracy assassin, promoter of political insurrection, arsonist, tax-evader, smart corner-cutting business man and possibly some much more heinous testimonial to yet evolve from the up coming ongoing official investigation into how he aided you and Itua Ighodalo to criminally mismanage such a huge sum

(16) Aisha Yesufu statement has confirmed the obvious that this Ethically Rusty and Morally Depraved mind has lost her cognitive function of thinking, remembering and reasoning to such a dangerous extent that it has now permanently interfered with her act of making public statements that have ultimately made her one of the worst addition to human race

(17) For the record, we would not have dignified these purile lies from these normadic political misfits and bystanders but for the benefit of the general public who might be mislead to think it's a statement made in their interest and that the National Chairman Barrister Julius Abure was not responsible for Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi loss of presidential election to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as this was just a subtle attempt by them to take over labour party and use it for political insurrection

(18) Paragraph 4, 5 and 6 of the First Schedule to the Electoral Act describes the Contents of election petition as follows:

4. (1) An election petition under this Act shall-
(a) specify the parties interested in the election petition;

(b) specify the right of the election petition

(c) state the holding of the election, the scores of the candidates and the person returned as the winner of the election, and

(d) state clearly the facts of the election petition and the ground or grounds on which the petition is based and the reliefs sought by the petitioner.

5. The election petition shall be accompanied by -
(a) a list of the witnesses that the petitioner intends to call in proof of the petition:
(b) written statements on oath of the witnesses and

(c) copies or list of every document to be relied on at the hearing of the petition.

6. A petition which fails to comply with the sub paragraphs (5) shall not be accepted for filling by the secretary

(19) The election petition must be filed within 21 days after the date of the declaration of the results of the elections. The Tribunal shall deliver a judgment in writing within 180 days from the date of the filing of the petition. This is as stipulated in Section 132(7) & ( of the Electoral Act, 2022.

(20) Form EC8A is the most popular sheet INEC uses for recording at polling unit. It is the most important sheet because it is the first result sheet.

(28) Labour party further request that all accounts both private and company belonging to (1) Pa Ayo Adebanjo (2) Mr Akin Osuntokun and (3) Sola Ebiseni be subjected to strong investigation to ascertain their level of complicity in the fraud
