When the eyes of investors and tourists are focused on a favorable location, it attracts more; Forex for the Government, businesses, and people to come in massively.

These businesses and individuals will need properties to build their factories, headquarter or staff quarters thereby pushing the prices of Real Estate even higher.

3. The best time to buy is when others are scared. When everyone else is running away, that's your chance to step in and make some serious gains. It's like the saying goes, "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful."
