We are seeking well-seasoned experienced Sales Managers in Real Estate field with not Less than 1 year of experience to join our team. As a SALES MANAGER, you will be responsible for selling our landed properties and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, with specific knowledge and experience, Responsibilities, Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities. Present and demonstrate property features to potential buyers. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with MINIMUM of 1 year work experience. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Must be computer literate and social media savvy.
Must have experience in the real estate industry.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationship with client

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, HND, NCE or OND qualification with 1+ year 'work experience. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
