Job role: Human Resource Business Partner.

Remuneration : 350,000 Naira Gross

Responsibilities :

1. *Strategic Workforce Planning*: The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to assess workforce needs, plan for future talent requirements, and ensure that the right people are in place to meet business goals. This includes analyzing skills gaps, forecasting hiring needs, and developing recruitment strategies.

2. *Employee Development and Training*: The HRBP will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within the organization and creating programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. This includes coordinating technical training, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure a skilled workforce.

3. *Employee Relations and Engagement*: Ensuring a positive work environment is crucial. The HRBP will work to foster employee engagement, address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a culture of open communication. This also includes implementing employee feedback mechanisms and initiatives to improve morale.

4. *Performance Management*: The HRBP will oversee the performance management process, ensuring that it aligns with the business objectives. This includes guiding managers on performance appraisals, setting performance indicators, and creating development plans to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management or related discipline.
