I made transfer on Monday 7th October to a Zenith Bank account from FCMB. I was debited but the Zenith account has not been credited till now. But no refund.

Again, on Thursday, 10th, I made another transfer to another of my client who's also banking with Zenith. I was debited twice (N5,000 each). Till now, his account is yet to be credited.

I have since yesterday DM my bank @FCMB on their X handle and trust them, they are yet to even see the mail let alone acknowledging.

Please who knows a better way of getting my money back from these corporate frauds?

Zenith had issue from Monday I think but whatever error should have been rectified

I sent money to someone on Tuesday, it took whatever before reflecting on that same day

Infact, I was initially told I was having less than my balance before it eventually went through

The man almost spend the whole day at a POS stand to be checking balance. Till now it doesn't reflect and he is on my neck.

Neither FCMB nor Zenith Bank has said anything
