Delta once served something that looked like Meatpie aboard as our last meal on an ATL-LOS flight. The stuff wasn't tasty and I wouldn't know why served such. If they have to go with this, they should please put quality above quantity.

Some western airlines are already doing it I think. But I don’t see Emirates or Qatar agreeing to such.

Anyways government should allow businesses do what they believe is best for them. If Nigerian caterers are good enough for them, they will contract them. It saves cost. Airlines like to save costs.
