Our client urgently requires the services of Customer Service Representative.

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: 250k

Job Description:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about products and services, and process orders.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
