Rumors have it that Anambra wing of Labour Party is planning to endorse Governor Soludo’s re-election bid next year.

This is because of the current trend of governors winning all local governments during any local election in their state.

It may be a waste of time, energy and resources to challenge Soludo in the upcoming gubernatorial election as the governor has pocketed the law enforcement agencies, judiciary, traditional rulers, Inec and even the election observers.

Soludo on his own part will be obliged to accommodate some Labour Party members in his new cabinet.

Who are they endorsing? A party with no structure in the state.

That must be Victor Umeh's idea. He doesn't want the curse following Peter Obi to start following him if he dares go against APGA.

It is even better he comes out to personally lead the LP endorsement of Soludo and APGA, and avoid the embarrassment of losing a local election in your own state.

After losing shamelessly in the Edo State election, and to now lose again in a state election in Anambra state, it would show that Obi is only popular when his opponent is from the SouthWest or North.

Something we know already.
