The Lagos State Government has committed to delivering Quality Housing Projects for Citizens, ensuring that all ongoing housing developments meet the highest standards and are completed during the current administration.

During a recent inspection of the Lagos HOMS housing project at Ajara in Badagry, Lagos State Commissioner for Housing, Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, highlighted the government's dedication to increasing the availability of Quality Housing Projects for Citizens, particularly for low and medium-income earners.

While touring the site, which includes 420 housing units across 35 blocks of various flat types, the commissioner expressed satisfaction with the quality and progress of the work. He urged contractors to promptly address any challenges they may encounter to maintain the focus on Quality Housing Projects for Citizens.

“The delivery timeline should be met as agreed, allowing the ministry to officially commission the project and hand it over to the allottees,” he stated. Akinderu-Fatai emphasized the importance of using high-quality building materials that will enhance the Quality Housing Projects for Citizens and reduce homeowners' maintenance costs.

The Lagos HOMS projects at Ajara, Badagry, have been specifically designed to cater to the housing needs of residents in the Lagos West Senatorial District. The commissioner reassured stakeholders that all efforts are directed toward fulfilling Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s vision of significantly increasing Quality Housing Projects for Citizens throughout Lagos.
