Good day house, my shop landlady is really messing with my mental health lately.
I would clock 2 years in this shop in fee weeks, the landlady keep increasing the shop rent every year, This woman is so wicked that when ever she notice your business is booming she would open the same business for her daughter to start rivalry with you.
She has tried to compete with me a couple of times but it doesn't work for her, now I was suppose to pay 48k for the shop rent 3 days ago, the woman told me it's no more 48k, it's now 60k without any notice..
She did same thing last year, now I plan to pack out of the shop to move to another shop, I don't know how she got to know my plans.
she already went before me to warn the other landlord not to accept me...Now i'm being forced to pay the rent or leave the street cuz no one wants to rent their shop to me because they fear my landlady....

Op,if I were to be in your shoe, I'd pack out of that street once and for all .....The fact that other landlords and landladies are afraid of her should always remind you that she won't stop,not until she crumbles your business....... Paying her the rent will end up enslaving you the further.........

Learn to keep your mouth shut, na people wey you tell go tell her. Pay and start looking for shop secretly. She's a winch, and na so her tribe people dey do 🙄
