Most of your rulers don't know the meaning of infrastructure, the reason why they felt roads and bridges are the only thing called infrastructure.
Somebody needs to educate these guys even after assuming office.

I will like to think her statement cut across other states. Governors wi build flyovers even where there is no traffic just to loot funds. Instead of building factories and industries that will provide jobs for citizens and generate huge revenue for the state even after thier tenure.
