**Job Description:**

- **Market Research**: Analyze competitor and market trends to support distribution strategies.
- **Sales Growth**: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media to drive product distribution.
- **Collaborate**: Work with internal teams to optimize distribution and ensure smooth delivery.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on distribution performance and opportunities.

**Requirements:**

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **3-5 years of experience** in business development or sales, preferably in food distribution or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
