Job Summary
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to join our team in Abuja. This role will involve providing technical support, ensuring efficient network connectivity, and resolving ICT-related issues for smooth operational processes within the institute.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff on hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain network connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security across all ICT platforms.
Assist in system upgrades, updates, and other ICT-related projects.
Provide end-user support for general ICT queries and issues on-site and remotely as needed.
Document and maintain IT inventory, support tickets, and system documentation.
