How can you judge from the picture? Did the picture show you the rest of the buildings on that street?
There is space, the pole needs to be brought forward close to the drainage before they can add an extension joints on the pole.

You guys are missing a vital point, which is poor way contracts are being done. There should have been synergy between the road contractor and Abapower before the start of construction. That building is inside more than others,

Na only Lagos has that kind synergy between contractors and govt when roads are being constructed. Obi and Otti don't have the experience.
