After paying the Name Reservation fee, it is taking more than 2 months to get an approval or denial.
I started another one last week, it is still pending. The current situation in CAC is worst .
It seems the Head of CAC is deliberatly messing up the registration process of new businesses. Corporate Affair Commission do not have a working mechanism to get new businesses registered within 48hours. The registered businesses also find it difficult to pay their annual returns. There is no funcrioning portal to make fast payments.

Who is having issues registering new business.

I'm currently facing same issues in my registration. Don't know exactly what the cause of the delay may be but I'm still watching..
