I applied to middlesex university mauritius branch campus early this year, i got my offer letter, but i deffered my admission to next year oct. Hope to be there then. From all indications Mauritius would be another heaven on earth.

@justwise, from what i have googled, its a small island with beautiful, vibrant and exotic beaches. So i presume that its going to be a quite and peaceful environment to be. Moreover, no much Nigerians there.

@justwise, It is really a good thing that much Nigerians are not there. Take for example, look at what is happening in malaysia now, we have really stained our reputations. Nigerians are not almost welcomed in most countries.

@prince, if your offer letter has came, just make the payments (part tuition fee +visa fee+part accomodation fee) and submit your documents and wait for your visa.

for post graduates studies, the tuition fee is £4,950.

it starts by october. Are you seeking for admission, if yes, what course.

The tuition there is a bit high! I will personally prefer to study in places like Finland and Germany, were universities there are tuition free.

There is no work in Mauritius and moreover, it is stated that you are not allowed to do any form of work as a foreign student while studying in Mauritius.

No toefl is needed. Just apply to the school and get the admission, make the payments (tuition+accommodation + visa fee). They would be the one to get the visa for you.
