A Customer Care Representative is needed in a gift store in Lekki.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning about the company’s products and services and giving out this information to customers (walk-in and online) who make enquiries about the company’s products and services. He/she will also be responsible for making and receiving phone calls, responding to and sending emails, and performing other admin duties related to the job role,
