Where the law is flexible and amenable to abuse by any idiot who happens to have some money or influence... Where the same law can be manipulated or interpreted variously depending on the actors involved... This is beyond unacceptable.

It is not right to handcuff, but it is right to spoil somebody name, right? He is actually a lawyer himself, theory is different from practical. He will experience what common man always experience.
