Position: An experienced Procurement Executive
YOE: 5-10years
Salary: 200k-400k based on experience
Location Lagos

Job Description
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to find the best options for the organization.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handle discrepancies and resolve issues with orders and deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and timelines.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis and supplier performance.
Analyze market conditions to determine current and future material availability and cost trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft suite
Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
High attention to detail and accuracy
