Good day, nairalanders
I’ve bn a fair but not too fair in complexion dude but recently, I’ve bn going dark. Anyone who has seen me in about a year ago would say “ bro u don black ooh”.
Tho it’s not body shame but I just feel I should do something abt it.
What cream should I start using pls? Not for bleaching but to restore my complexion to my natural fair/ chocolate complexion
Thanks

Creams that contain AHAs

Alpha HydroxyAcids

They mostly don't contain Hydroquinone
But they tone the skin towards being fair very fast

But

Use them in minute quantities or mix them with another neutral cream

As a dark-skinned guy, I don't know much about creams but the question here is why are you suddenly darker? Is it that you now spend more time under the sun than you used to? Or is it that you were using a cream before, which you discontinued? These are the things you need to determine first of all...

My own advice is: consider spending less time under the sun, use face caps 🧢 and whatever cream you settle for, use it in the evening, so it doesn't burn your skin.

Happy Yellowing! 🟡 😁

You could try using a moisturizing cream with natural brightening ingredients like vitamin C or aloe vera to help restore your skin's natural tone. Also, don’t forget to use sunscreen regularly to protect your skin from further darkening due to sun exposure. Staying hydrated and maintaining a good skincare routine can make a big difference too!

Ok, I was just wondering why you became blacker, cos u said you were not too dark before... Anyways, whatever you decide to use, don't use anything that would spoil your skin.

Cheers. 🙏🏾
