* Dualization of Suleja – Minna Road in Niger state – 101km
* Minna-Kakaki Federal Road – 41km
* Rijau – Kontagora Federal Road – 90km
* Agwara-Borgu-Rafia Federal Road – 90km
* Paiko – Lapia Road – 49km

STRUCTURAL AND HOUSING PROJECTS
* Conversion of Shiroro Hotel to Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Teaching Hospital
* Construction of International Gold Market
* Remodeling the 3 Arms Zone Housing Project
* Reconstruction of Secretary to the State Government Office and facelift of Niger State Government House
* Construction of Hajj Camp at the Airport
* Ongoing Construction and Modification of 5Star Hotel, Minna

POWER AND RENEWABLE ENERGY
* Purchased and distributed 200 Transformers to communities and commencement of overhauling of 600Transformers.
* Construction of 10MVA sub-station in Lapai for Lapai and its environs.
* “Niger State Power Sector Law 2024” Bill signed to Law
* Payment of over N1billion outstanding debt to AEDC

TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT
* Remodeling of the Domestic Terminal of Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Airlifting of 2024 Pilgrims in Minna and Commercial Operation to commence
* 250 CNG Buses purchased and delivered and to commence operation when roads takes new shape.
* Boats and water ambulance distribution for riverine communities in Agwara, Edati, Mokwa, and Borgu LGA’s

QUALITY AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
* Establishment of Abdulkadir Kure University Minna (AKUM)
* Establishment of Abdusalam University of Agriculture Climate Change Mokwa
* Abubakar Imam University of Science and Innovation Zungeru (in progress).
* Establishment of Center of Kent University, USA, at AKUM (In Progress)
* Payment of outstanding dues of WAEC and NECO
* Selection process ongoing for scholarship abroad for 1,000 students (children of the downtrodden) in medicine, science, and technology
* Upward review of funding for Boarding School Feeding, bursary, and scholarship for students
* Re-accreditation of all outstanding programs at State Owned Tertiary Institutions
* Introduction of Skills Acquisition in Junior and Senior Secondary Schools

* Construction and equipping of 100 Level 2 Primary Healthcare Centres across the state
* Upgrading primary healthcare centers across the 25LGAs in the State
* Construction and equipping the State of the Art Emergency Operation Centre (EOC)
* Donation of motocycles for medical outreach
* Distribution of sanitation trucks across the 25LGA’s
* Niger State Contributory Health Scheme providing affordable healthcare for Nigerlites
* Conversion of Shiroro Hotel to IBB University Teaching Hospital (ongoing)

FOOD SECURITY AND AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT – Prioritizing Agricultural Development as a catalyst for Economic Growth and Poverty Alleviation*
* Making our farmers heroes again through flagged-off of Agricultural Mechanization Revolution for Food Security in Niger State by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
* Procuring machinery for cultivation (1,000 tractors, combined harvesters, irrigation systems, etc)
* Millions of metric tons of grains already harvested and warehoused by Niger Foods
* Mega distribution of millions of naira worth of farm machineries, tools, and inputs to farmers
* Training and empowering youths under the Enterprise for Youths in Agriculture (EYiA)
* Payment of over N1billion as counterpart contributions for RAAMP, IFAD/VCDP, ASTASPS I, and Fadama N-Cares project
* Training and empowerment of thousands of women in agriculture.

SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY
* Improved IGR
* Investment worth $ 684 million secured in the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ), at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Minna, from COVEC and CREC, China
* The administration of Farmer Moahmmed Umaru Bago has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU’s) and Agreements and secured partnership with notable organizations within and outside Nigeria, yielding billions of investment in Agriculture through Planting of Trees, Supply of Tractors and Accessories, Establishment of Farm Estates, Cultivating of Grains, Rice, Sugarcane and Ethanol Processing Factories, Modern Abattoir, Off-taking of Produce.

*DETERMINATION TO END INSECURITY*
* Enhanced intelligence procurement and swift response to security threats
* Supporting Security Agencies with donation of operational vehicles and adequate welfare
* Involving Traditional Institutions in the peace process.

DIGITAL LITERACY
Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago championed the adoption of technology by creating a Ministry for Communications Technology and Digital Economy. Through the ministry, he has initiated several digital literacy programs championed by Niger Youths.

YOUTH AND WOMEN DEVELOPMENT
* Statewide recruitment process
* Thousands of youth and women have been trained and empowered on agriculture, vocational skills, digital literacy
* Ongoing developmental projects across the 25LGA’s have created direct and indirect jobs for thousands of youth

* Training and empowerment of widows

* Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago operates an open door policy and he crosses the rivers to bring governance close to the people at the grassroot.
