About the Role:
A logistics firm in Rumuogba is looking for a Customer Care / Documentation Personnel to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, ensure accurate documentation, and support the smooth operation of logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data entry.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Provide clients with regular updates and feedback.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in customer care or logistics documentation is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
