Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager with 5–7 years of experience to oversee inventory operations and ensure efficient stock management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to optimize inventory processes to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

▪️Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations.

▪️Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory movements in the system.

▪️Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

▪️Analyze inventory data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

▪️Implement processes to prevent overstocking, shortages, and obsolescence.

▪️Prepare inventory reports and present insights to senior management.

▪️Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications and Skills:

▪️Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

▪️5–7 years of proven experience in inventory management or related roles.

▪️Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software).

▪️Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

▪️Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

▪️Strong communication and leadership abilities.

▪️Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking tools.
