Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 7–9 years of professional experience to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

▪️Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

▪️Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

▪️Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations and audits.

▪️Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.

▪️Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective financial planning.

▪️Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.

▪️Provide guidance on cost optimization and financial efficiency.


Qualifications and Skills:

▪️Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are required.

▪️7–9 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

▪️Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

▪️Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

▪️Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

▪️Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

▪️Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
