Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and align them with the strategic goals of our construction business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, possess CIPM certification, and demonstrate a deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and workforce development in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.

▪️Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

▪️Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations.

▪️Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes effectively.

▪️Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with relevant departments.

▪️Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.

▪️Monitor and improve workplace health, safety, and welfare practices.


Qualifications and Skills:

▪️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

▪️CIPM certification is mandatory.

▪️5–7 years of HR management experience in the construction industry.

▪️Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry regulations.

▪️Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

▪️Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
