They won't believe you Sir until they japa and see the amount of work they have to do compared to what they used to do and call working hard in Nigeria lol.

I've not seen anyone that japa that claim to work less than when in Nigeria...even if you work remotely, your log ins and work is always measured and analyzed.

Oga I wan go ATM then you go home from the bank. Oga, I want to go to my children's school...Oga, can i get some of my salary in advance lol. Naija don't know until they know.

MasterTeeUSA:
Don't worry Naija is getting there...days of Rent of $500/yr is coming to an end as your minimum wages increase, employers will start demanding you work hard for what you earn. States are getting rid of those collecting salaries on the payroll for doing nothing. You think cos people make N1k per hr, they don't pay N300k per month in rent lol. It is until you japa that you understand that you can't survive on N1000/hr lol

the major cause of Nigeria's poverty and under-development is the Western institutions that don't want to see any black nation prosper..

It is western influence that made t:inuboooo to devalue the naira which spoilt the purchasing power of every Nigerian.

you guys don't understand their hatred for black people globally especially those in Africa..

india annual budget is ₹48 trillion which is equal to $560 billion ( with a population over 1.4billion people

while Nigeria annual budget is ₦49 trillion which is equal to $30 billion ( with a population of 200million people )..

my point is Western powers claim Nigeria's population is the reason for ₦ Naira's bad currency conversion to the dollar..

but India with a population 7 seven times Nigeria's own is not affected by the same policy that causes Nigeria's bad currency conversion to the dollar..

if you reduce india annual budget to ₹28 trillion similar to Nigeria ₦28 trillion..

india's ₹28 trillion is still equal to $326 billion...

the Naira is a weapon fashioned against Nigeria and Nigerians by the Western powers.

I am not talking about the amount of work..I am talking about the quality of work. Have you worked security inside snow for minimum wage abroad? inside cold room? clean houses? just to earn how much?

You work double so you can earn enough to do something back home if you are lucky. Do you know how many of our people abroad still don't have a house in Nigeria?

Otsam:
The amount of work or hours of work Nigerians abroad undertakes is mostly born out of the realization of how much they could amass and bring back home in a set time frame also, sometimes because of our intentions to come and impress and express back home. So don't compare it with her that your survival depends absolutely on how far and hard you can go.

I'm not a fan of mediocrity and I'm not making a case for anyone guilty of it. But let's be realistic, both quality and quantity of work you do in Nigeria, do we get values for the input? If you agree with me, you will realize that people will take the same job back in Nigeria with the same enthusiasm if they get values for their energy. Even the tax we are talking about, no one would have complained if they are seeing the results of the tax. That's the reason people abroad will only complain about tax yet, refuse to go back home. They get the value for those taxes.
If we are talking about the unlucky ones abroad that is yet to have a house back home, let's compare the ratio landlords in the population back home to the ratio of landlords in the population of our people abroad and see the difference.
So let's be realistic, the politicians should robbing it on the masses' face that they control their destiny.

Uzor Kalu has described Nigerians as “overpampered,” urging them to embrace hardwork and support Tinubu’s tax reforms for economic growth
Is this man alright?
What has hard work got to do with supporting tax reforms?
And the "overpampared" bit, how is that in the midst of deep poverty?
