Peng12345:Just an inverter. You connect the source to electricity and the output to your room or extension that your light appliances would go into. Some inverters function even with low voltage. It would go off when the grid light goes off. You can get solar panels, and possibly batteries when your finances improve. I have not tested this though. But I believe it would be better than step up because the low voltage might be fixed without you knowing and you end up with damaged appliances. |
