Igbos voted for Obasanjo in 1999 when Alex Ekwueme, Emmanuel Iwuanywu, Emeka Ojukwu etc contested the same position.

In 2023, Igbos voted for Obasanjo against Ojukwu, Ebitu Ukiwe etc etc.

Igbos always access candidates and they always know who is better. They never voter Buhari because they knew he was a disaster and Buhari effortlessly proved Igbos right.
