mukina2: After reading some of the responses here, I am thoroughly ashamed at our average mental output. But, it could be that some people simply do not understand tenses to know when something has already been done and dusted. |

Good idea but they should take necessary precautions to ensure the procession itself is not bombed, because all GEJ will say is that perpetrators will be brought to Justice, bet we all know that nothing will happen. |

@Afam4eva Hope you can see that I responded to the topic via a mobile phone and mobilie phone version of NL only shows the topic I.e via twitter. The topic expressly asked whether we are in support of the march or not. However, I think the issue of present or past tense is merely a diversionary tactic to distract people from the crux of the matter. The koko is that we have a president who can not protect Nigerians. Beaf and co can speak as much english as they like but nobody is fooled here, I mean not the second time after April 17. |

March Like marching will change anything. Just be careful as you all are marching, incase Boko Haram place another bomb in the midst of 10,000 marchers |

the only good protest we can think of now is anyone against jonathan and pdp. it is obvious that a sick yar adua is 200% more active than a healthy jonathan. |

The govt. should do something fast about this. Whether they should ask CIA or Mossad to help, i don't know. They must do something fast about it |

Re: Christmas Day Massacre: 10,000 Protest In Kaduna by nikky5(m): 10:12pm On Dec 29, 2011 |
Like his predecessors, why can’t GEJ set up panels of inquiries to look into the remote causes of these incessant and provocative bombings? The government know who the bombers and their sponsors are. Any solution? He has told us to be patient with the bombings and learn to live with them as the bombings will soon fizzle out. Good. At least that is the best he can do to proffer. In my candid opinion, Every Christian should team up to protect themselves as CAN has said and only reprisals will do that. If they can succeed in bombing them on a Friday jumat prayer and the casualty figure is as high as 2,000 then the battle like will be drawn and the government will begin to find a lasting solution. Wait and see. Very soon what am posting here will happen in the northern states of the federation. Enough is enough. |

that some people do not believe in Christ is not the reason they shoould kill those worshipping Him. what happened to the so called freedom of worship? the people that did this also have who they believe in and worship and they also have a day or days set aside for their celebration, how many times have christians disturbed them talk more of bombing them during their sallah or watever they call it?yet such act is being perpetrated on christians. how long shall we fold our hands and watch devil use these idiots in sendding home before time the soldiers that will do the endtime work? for how long should we continue to burial christ's endtime soldiers? today 's christianity is suppose to be a radical one, more than the days of Elijah who called down fire and slain the prophets of baal. devil is seriously using these pple to make sure that the kingdom of God does not move forward. it s high time we arise and call upon the fury of God on these barbarians. they have been trained and sold their hearts to terriorism. they are living but in actual sense they are dead. wat happened on 25th was a big insult to Jesus. thanks to God for the pastors that arose to declare vegeance for this great insult. for of a truth the perpetrators of this latest act will not go free. the news of their judgement will be heard sooner than expected. the protest will not change anything but going down on our knees will. |

I don't support the protest one bit! Protest is for cowards. I favor reprisal bombings. That is a better way to get our grievance against Islamists heard in the land. All those in favor of reprisal, say Aye. |
Re: Christmas Day Massacre: 10,000 Protest In Kaduna by ndukwejoe(m): 11:27pm On Dec 29, 2011 |
It will make sense þo protest in ABJ n not in kaduna. I hope there was security during the protest. Cos bokos like large gathering it is appetizing to bomb crowd than few. |
Re: Christmas Day Massacre: 10,000 Protest In Kaduna by chromoTop: 12:24am On Dec 30, 2011 |
the question is not whether you support the protest or not, the question is when will all these nairaland's fire-spitting Gladiators protest and stop posting when will all these HALF NIGERIAN-HALF EUROPEANS/AMERICANS stop the war of diction and vocabulary and apply their luxury intelligence to Boko Haram tactics? Until then, the fear of Boko Haram is the beginning of 'run when you see an aboki walking suspiciously'. |

Fully supported the protest march. This shuld send a clear message to Boko & Govt that xtians cant take this anymore. Let what happened in 1966 not repeat itself. Hmn, GEJ wake-up frm sleep & tidy up all these mess otherwise we'll sink. |

That's a welcomed development to the Boko Haram menace. However, it would take a lot more of such protests to change the present state of affairs condoned by this seemingly overwhelmed government of ours. Action has to be taken fast, maybe even through rogue attacks or guerilla methods. |
