You may be right but don't conclude until you are privileged to hear from the other person, you may be shocked to know that it was the guy that requested and paid for the food. And it's common sense to know that the lady who delivered the food was not going their for the first because according to the supposed victim, she said she ordered for the food but the delivery was done without her knowledge, how did the food girl know the guys address?
