The governor of Akwa Ibom as at that time was fully against Akpabio and Tinubu. In 2027, we have a Governor Eno who has made it clear he has nothing against Akpabio and Tinubu. Again, Akpabio is now the incumbent Senate President unlike in 2023 when he had no office or Federal Power. The People of Akwa Ibom are not interested in losing the Senate Presidency. They will vote massively for APC.

If Governors had so much powers to determine election results, Sanwo-olu would have delivered Lagos for Tinubu. Despite Umahi being a powerful minister today, he could only deliver a paltry 39,000 vote to Tinubu. Hope Uzodinma could only deliver 2500 votes to Tinubu. 2500 votes in an APC State! Bold of you to assume much has changed after the dismal performance of Tinubu. Except you're relying on rigging.

P.S: Add all the votes in each of the states together, it's still less than the margin Tinubu got in Kaduna.

See, I’m not going to waste my time arguing with you. God spare our lives till 2027 and beyond. The result of the election will speak for itself.

Btw, Tinubu got over 66k votes in Imo states in 2023. So, you don’t need to lie publicly over an information that can be easily verified to make whatever point you’re trying to make. Your Ebonyi figure is also not correct but I will leave you to correct that yourself.

So we are now celebrating 30% in a Southern State from a Southern President. With the noise that Akpabio makes, one would think he delivered his State to the APC. Alas, he was beaten black and blue by Atiku. Atiku won Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom but our so-called Southern candidate can only manage to win Rivers in the entire Southsouth, 4 out of 6 states in the Southwest and none at all in the Southeast. The North made Tinubu President.

Akwa ibom is a state pdp usually gets bloc votes but Atiku won narrowly. Atiku won bayelsa with 10k margin, another state he cleared in 2019. Tinubu buried him in rivers, Edo and CRS. Tinubu defeated atiku in SE SS.

I think 3 things will save Mr Akpabio.

1. The Supreme Court judgement on Rivers State came just as Ms Akpoti's allegations hit the media.

The judgement and reactions to it is taking so much of the media space that Mrs Akpoti's allegations would have taken. Mrs Akpoti's allegations are fizzling out in the media.
So they will remove akpabio because of one hoe that as undergone 4 different marriages claiming victim wetin remain for her body, abeg senate has more better thing to worry about and leave our senate president alone natasha and her allies can go to hell and rot there

It is mostly young women on social media that are still pushing the Senator's matter. Most men are more interested in the Rivers matter.

2. Most male Senators probably don't see much of a big deal in the sexual allegations made against Mr Akpabio. I suspect many of them are into that sort of behaviour anyway, so they are not likely to go after Mr Akpabio for this reason.

3. Mrs Akpoti's overreaction to the decision to reallocate her seat will have robbed her of support amongst most Senators. Many of them will turn their nose up at the idea of removing Mr Akpabio because of her.

Let me not call them mad people cos I know it's just politics. But this old people should be applying wisdom sometimes. If the president is no longer president, will he still retain that title? There's nothing the president will do for them that their governors can not do. Their governors are usually exemplary.
