Three people were killed Monday when a medical transport helicopter crashed in Madison County in the 🇺🇸 US state of Mississippi.

"Earlier this afternoon, AirCare 3, our Columbus-based medical transport helicopter, had an accident in rural Madison County, north of the Reservoir. Sadly, there were no survivors," the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) said in a statement.

The helicopter was returning to its base in Columbus, Mississippi, from a patient transport when it crashed in Madison County around 12:30 p.m. Monday, the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s vice chancellor for health affairs, Dr. LouAnn Woodward, said at a news conference.

“The entire Medical Center family is heartbroken over this,” Woodward said.

The pilot and two hospital workers were on board, but not a patient, it said.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said it is launching a go-team to investigate the crash.

"Team is expected to arrive tomorrow," it said on X.

And you wonder why the US now wants to make peace with Russia. They are tired of losing pilots and they need Russia's advanced tech & quality titaniums for their aircrafts.

Russia also supplies the US with enriched Uranium. So without Russia the US cannot produce nuclear bombs.

RIP to them. So many crashes since Trump became president, all or most of them white pilots...

A lot of racists say black pilots and females aren't good enough, but ALL of these crashes I've seen are by white pilots, especially in the last 2 months.

If these pilots were black, there would have been so much racist comments by white supremacists on Twitter and Instagram, but I hope this will force them to be humble.

Just as there violent crimes in the US, CNN and others will still report about violent crimes in other countries.
