If we want food, then cow meat should be banned until further notice, by then Fulani herdsmen would have changed.

Igbos need to ban cow roaming outside of a ranch, from Igbo areas of delta to Rivers.

If your cow(s) are roaming around neighborhoods, on farmlands, on the main roads, or unorganized in a wild bush, - the herders will be arrested, then the cows will be seized (not kpaied); then the owner(s) of the farm(s); will take the cows, keep them on an approved ranch, until they are sold or kpaied for consumption.
