money and it shows the person acknowledging
receipt with just "T". When he asked, the

What really pained me most was that few days later, my own sister asked for the same phone but I'd already given it out to this guy. Lol... I can relate, but I don't see it as a big deal. Nonetheless, there is a difference between 'thanks', and 'thank you very much, I am very grateful'. The later will make your benefactor do more for you, but the former can make them think twice. Whenever I complete a gig and I receive my credit alert, I always aclnowledge with a 'thank you'. Some people won't see the need since they feel they are getting paid for their services, but I do it all the time because I was raised to acknowledge a kind gesture with a 'thank you', no matter how small.
