my brother, i got this r of o in 2006 when this area was highly undeveloped but due to the expansion of the airport access road the place is now beginning to witness some development and im selling it because i intend to migrate to canada for masters n settle eventually, honestly this is the best i can sette for which is highly reasonable.

there is access road though not tarred at the moment but would be soon as a big housing estate is coming up close to the plot. And its 1200sq mtr each sir.
