But I know you can log in to your internet banking without the token but the only transaction you can do without the token is the one that involves transferring between your own accounts like savings to current and vice versa. Any other transaction will require token.

Better still, call GTconnect to know what you can do. I know that they can issue our another token (especially if you have not registered the previous one for online usage) at the cost of the usual N3000.

I applied for internet banking by sending the form to GTB online but I didnt get any reply of my log-in details till now.What am I suppose to do?

I hope your question has been answered. You need the token device which costs #3,000 for all third party transactions.

can somebody pls advice me on how to configure my token? i dont know how to configure it,

I have a GTB transaction login and pswd but lost my token device on a trip, beside i had not activated my online account before the token device got lost. Please is there any way i can make transactions by merely logging into my account?

You can only login and check your account balance and check other things as you need the token to make transfers and to make payments and just go to your GTBank to collect another TOKEN device for just N3,000.

Go report to nearest GT branch with d device in hand. Convince them you've not mishandled it, then hope they fix it for you. But they'd be even glad to have it replaced though (with 3k)...have it handy in ur a/c

hey......easy on me. I hav neva scamed anyone in my life, the reverse is d case. I realy dont knw its programmed for one individual, am nt usin mine again so i thought some1 else can stil use it. So i aint no scammer, get that into ur thick skull::::4ck face
