There are in fact a pair of hilltop castles in Minna, and both are visible from most areas of the entire town. The bigger of the two forts belongs to Babangida, while the slightly less imposing structure on the twin mountain-top belongs to former Nigerian military president Abdusalam Abubakar.

A few tanker loads of crude oil sold during the regimes of both former Nigerian heads of state would have sufficed to build those structures.

Don't worry, JB built the house for IBB free. The crude oil could have been used for better things than that house.
