What is the price of land in Ibadan?

it depends on the area you want to secure land i.e wer the land is situated.but land for farming purposes could range from 150k - 500k per hectare (6plots).

I can get you land in Ogun or Oyo states, where I am also negotiating for land. Most of the villages prefer to lease but you may also buy. In Ekiti where I have planted 29 hectares this year with TMS 30572 cassava variety all we paid was N4000 per hectare. (An hectare is 15 plots).

if u are into food crop u may not need to buy land but if u are interested in cash crops u need to buy your land
