My client's current strategy is offer contract positions to experience Nigerian
personnel who are currently working abroad. This is to encourage them to
come back to Nigeria with the skills and knowledge they have attained
abroad and assist with mentioning Nigerian personnel who have not been
afforded with the same exposure and opportunities.
