I opened this thread for smokers who want to stop smoking and also for those that have succeded in stoping to share their experiences and how you managed to stop. Pls lets be sincere and helpful to each other pls. If anyone has tips for stopping smoking pls do not hesitate to share! I am a smoker and i hav realy tried stopping but after a few days i will jump back into smoking again. Thanks.

hello nairalanders, pls lets share our advices on how someone can stop smoking completely. As for me i used to smoke 10 sticks or more daily but i hav forced myself to reduce to 3 sticks. but i am still trying to reduce it to one then none by God's grace.
