For craving sake
Take just little or buy a pinapple flavoured drink.
It causes contraction for some but not all. My neighbor ate pineapple from start to finish of her preg, nothing happened, infact, she was induced before her baby came.
When my craving was out of hand, I indulged . It gave me contractions o, but not enought to cause any harm.
No be person tell me to kill the craving asap.

Errm sorry once again can I blend the pineapple and drink as smoothie or can I seive and drink the juice is it safe that way

Your baby is already term so even if you get induced now, you're receiving a healthy and fully developed baby. But there are things you can do to naturally get things started.
Have sex.
Eat pineapples (this had zero effect on me sha)
I hear zobo helps too (doesn't work on me either)
take walks

By the way, boss baby is doing fine (if only he will sleep at night )

The pineapple flavoured drink I spoke about are the onces with artificial pineapple flavour. Gives you that feeling that you are taking the real deal even when u are not.
