Sorry for my plenty questions… person wei dey ask no dey loss and I no wan loss..��

Went for ultrasound yesterday @ 32 weeks.. I have fibroid but ultrasound said it’s small and is not posing any risk to baby..
but they said the baby’s weight is 1.5 kg which is too small.
Is it something to worry about??

Also please who has taken epidural before.. what’s your take on it?

I want to opt for epidural too, if I will be augmented with oxytocin. I have told my doctor already. The pain of oxytocin no be here. God help us all.

Hello teamies! It's been a while here. Sorry, I've been a little busy with work. How are we doing? How is waddling?
Hmm, at 34 weeks+ my tired is already tired, I can't just wait to have LO in my hands. Wow, who else is experiencing this forgetfulness thing? I forget everything! Imagine going back to my book to check the spelling of "English Studies" while writing on the board! I have to sit in the kitchen till I finish cooking, if not burnt undone food is what I'll end up with. It is well oo..
We should be rounding up shopping now. My shopping is at least 99% done, I've washed some baby clothes, arranged them and also arranged hospital bag, just waiting for the D-Day.

Congratulations, Yourblessings are permanent. Some people experience constipation in pregnancy so don't be worried. Just sit back, drink plenty, I mean plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to help ease your bowel...... I drink so much water such that I keep a bottle by my side before sleeping which I drink from constantly in the midnight and good enough, I use the restroom every morning until last week when my water intake dropped as I wasn't having the urge to drink then everything changed.... Just drink water and you are fine ma

The joy of your boy coming is more important than whatever attitude or side comments they make. Constipation is normal occurrence during pregnancy.... Especially on early stages of pregnancy.... Take lots of oranges n drink lots of water n fiber food, it will help u poop easily... Congratulations!!!

Amen ooo. If you can wait patiently till 8 weeks, you can go for a scan and you'll get to see every every but if you can't, you can go for a transvaginal scan at 6 weeks but it's like they'll access the uterus through "that place". Just relax and drink water, dont stress and go for the normal scan at 8 weeks.

I tell you mama, I was always eager to see beautiful bumps either big or small. Anytime I come on and the picture has been removed, I almost knock myself for not logging in early enough..

Just to add to what u've said, a woman can deliver vaginally and still have BTL done post partum.. Meet with your doctor and discuss Post partum BTL.
Mother's please don't opt for elective CS because u want a BTL

I am also considering this too. It is reversible though...through surgery. I know of two women who have done it. They opted for elective CS at their last pregnancirs so as to get it done. One was charged extra 10k for it.

Good evening all, I did share my challenge in ttc thread this morning, so @Omakraid referred me to this thread and suggested I share same here.

Good morning great mothers and mothers to-be...

I am a young male adult and my wife and I have been married for 8 months now. Infact, she introduced this thread to me and we do come here to read updates together.

A couple of months ago when out marriage was bearly 6 months, my wife, having been following this thread for long suggested I do SFA and the results, according to our doc was okay. The doc just enjoined I take more of fruits and vegetables and avoid junkies.

Fast forward to last week Saturday, she visited our regular hospital for test and the results did say she is pregnant. I was so happy when she broke the news to on phone and I also spoke with the doctor who explained explicitly all precautions to take. He empasized on avoiding stressors expecially for the first trimester. All this counsellings were through phone call cos job schedule has taken me away from home since 1st of November and I wouldn't be home till December Ending all things been equal.

My wife is a classroom teacher at a Private School. So, this last Friday, she called me on phone that she is already at the hospital that she felt the blood release while teaching her students in the class and hurriedly took permission and left for hospital.

At the hospital, according to her, she was given drips, injections and drugs to calm her and a scan was done yesterday again.

I spoke with the doc yesterday evening and he did confirm that the scan results indicates preggy is still found but he was talking about threatened abortion, he also mentioned viable or nonviable which I didn't really understand. He said a repeat of scan will be done in 3 weeks time as that will give them the headway.

I also just spoke with my wife this morning and she said she's still seeing a blood stain on her pad but not much blood. Also, she claims she's having acute back pains. She's been on hospital bed since that Friday and my mom is with her. I pray nothing bad happens to her and the fetus. I have already told her she's quitting the teaching Job.

I said lemme share the experience here for your inputs and guides. I attached a copy of pelvic scan result that was done yesterday morning.

She is less dan 6weeks pregnant... I dnt tink anytin can b done except she ve bed rest alot n u guys shld pray dt notin shld happen to d baby... Yeah.... Sm pipu do bleed while pregnant n notin happen to deir pregnancy, i pray dt shld b d case.... Lik d doctor said, wait 4 repeated scan n hope 4 d best.. Goodluck.
